General Shipping Information
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

- Orders placed after 12 PM CST may not be processed until the next business day.
- Carrier Liability: Ducky Beau is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Signature Requirement: A signature may be required for orders over $300.
Fulfillment and Shipping Methods
- Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Saint Paul, MN via UPS or USPS.
- If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, it may not ship immediately and may be split into multiple shipments.
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
- Free and expedited shipping options are not available.
- Deliveries to these states may take additional time.
- Wholesale Orders: Shipping methods listed here do not apply to wholesale orders.
Wholesale Shipping:
Wholesale shipping costs will be determined by the destination and package weight. Shipping costs will be added to the order invoice before payment.
International Shipping:
International orders are shipped from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on the destination. Free shipping is not available for international orders; shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on rates provided by international carriers. Our system automatically selects the fastest and most cost-effective standard shipping service, but we cannot guarantee which specific carrier or warehouse will be used prior to shipping. A variety of carriers may be utilized for international deliveries.
Customs, duties, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. While we would love to offer expedited shipping options for international orders, we are unable to do so due to the complexity and inconsistency of global shipping services. Additionally, while we aim to provide affordable options, the higher costs associated with international shipping prevent us from offering free shipping or discounts, even for larger orders.
Delivery Issues:
Incorrect Shipping Information
If packages are returned to Ducky Beau due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Ducky Beau is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ducky Beau is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided address. Upon inquiry, Ducky Beau will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
